Return and Refund Policy
Namho Industries offers a seamless 2-day return policy for our valued customers. We provide Coupon Refunds, Exchanges, or Monetary Refunds as per customer preference. To ensure a smooth process, we request customers to record an unboxing video of the package before opening it.
If you are dissatisfied with the product purchased from Namho Industries, or in the rare case of defects (confirmed by our team after due verification), you can initiate a return Please submit your request by emailing us at support@thenamho.com within 2 days of receiving the product.
Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours after receiving your email.
Mandatory Criteria for Return
• Items must be unused and unwashed.
• The product’s original packaging, bill, and tags should remain unaltered. Items missing tags will not be accepted for return.
• The product should not have any scratches, deformities, or damage.
• Decorations and pearls must remain intact and in their original, unaltered condition.• Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Any returned item that fails to meet the above criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Return requests should be made within 2 days of receiving the delivery.
Return Process
Step 1: Email us at support@thenamho.com with your Order Number, Product Details/SKU code, and the reason for returning. Submit your request within 48 hours after receiving the product.
Step 2: Our Support team will get back to you within 1-2 business days and coordinate a reverse pickup for your product.
Step 3: Pack the product securely (using Namho’s original packaging or another strong box with sealed tapes) to avoid damage during transit. Damaged items will not be eligible for refunds and will be returned to the sender. Returns without the original packaging will incur a ₹99 deduction from the refund.
Step 4: Pass the parcel to the designated pickup agent.
The parcel will take approximately 7-10 days to arrive at our warehouse. Once it’s received, our Quality Check team will evaluate the product.
Refund Process
If the returned product satisfies all return conditions:
• A Coupon Code worth the product value will be emailed within 48 hours.
• For monetary refunds, a small fee for reverse logistics will be deducted (₹100 for orders below ₹2,000 and ₹150 for orders above ₹2,000). The remaining amount will be transferred directly to your bank account.
If the product does not meet our return criteria (e.g., used, defective, empty boxes), no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to the customer.
Redeeming Your Coupon
• Coupons are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
• Coupons can only be used for cart values equal to or greater than their value.
• Coupons cannot be shared or used alongside others.
Non-Returnable Products
• Items bought as part of don’t “Scratch & Dent Sales.”
• Antique or vintage items that inherently have marks or imperfections.
